I believe it was actually discussed that Mr. Sebo strongly encouraged the building to be done in 2 years. He didn't actually say it had to be done in 2 years, just wanted construction to be started.

Also, during the ground breaking, ALL coaches should be allowed to attend and take part. This is not a football only facility.
