I remember a couple years ago, when our previous head coach was running the team up to about 15th in the coaches' poll, Niyo was always well behind the curve. I'm not sure he was voting for the Falcons at all.
He's a bit ahead of the curve now, and that's good to see.

True...I was very surprised to see us in this list because the Detroit News has always ranked us lower than the other polls and quite a bit lower. Maybe with all the buzz and all of the years of us proving him wrong, he finally decided to jump on the band wagon. Maybe the state of Michigan and Ohio are finally taking the MAC serious.
