I would be coming from Cincinnati though.

If you are coming from Cincinatti, you are lucky. You can miss all construction if you just go an extra 30 miles or so. Take I-74, through Indy. DO NOT take I-65 towards Gary/Chicago. Keep taking I-74 NorthWest until you come to I-39 (Bloomington, IL) not Indiana. Take I-39, North to Exit #97A (which is I-88) Head back East 16 miles to Peace RD (Dekalb exit). If you go this way you will miss all the construction. You lucky one you!
