"Crow," the verb

Post by TaxidiaTom »

Good O, terrible D. I was extremely worried in the first quarter, as worried as I'm sure you were ecstatic. But the good guys settled down and allowed one TD in the second half, and literally ran over the Falcon defense. Some of you expressed concern that this would happen, but most....

"No way, NO WAY, Wisconsin scores (whatever)"

"Maybe the prognosticators are just choosing the best team" Something like that.

As I said in an earlier post, somewhat overconfident. I agree with what the terrible announcers said during the game, that Wis heard so much about Jacobs and the BG offense that they were the ones feeling dissed.

Good luck until the next time you play the Badgers.

And speaking of next year...

...I think Jacobs would be well advised to enter the NFL next year. He's really something. Another in a line of great MAC quarterbacks.

We had no idea our defense was going to be worse this year...

kudos to Wisconsin. You can understand our confidence in our offense. It isn't like there weren't UW fans predicting an "easy" 42-13 game, either. I never thought we would be that anemic on defense....

I just hope that this is a sign that Wisconsin isn't actually 'just' a .500 Big Ten team...Stocco looked efficient, Calhoun is something, and Wisconsin is still Wisconsin.

I hope for both our sakes that Wisconsin's offense is actually pretty effective and it isn't a case of our defense being that bad.
