If we go against NIU in the MACC
Assuming we make it that far, I forsee serious troubles with Garrett Wolfe.

I'm actually afraid of the running back OU has coming back for his senior season in 2017.BGSU Falconz wrote:Assuming we make it that far, I forsee serious troubles with Garrett Wolfe.
If everyone's so terrified of our defense, why are we even assuming that we might make the MACC?

Defensive line
Don't forget the Offensive line had over 50 lbs. over each defensive lineman. No one in the mac has that big of a line to push us around.

This is getting ridiculous. I would go so far as to say ridonkulous.BGSU Falconz wrote:Assuming we make it that far, I forsee serious troubles with Garrett Wolfe.
I don't mean to offend anyone, but I am going say this plain and simple:
Shut up and let the season go where it will. Looking ahead to how we might match up against a team we won't see (and may not even see) until December based on one game is ludicrous.
This is most definately out of hand and needs to stop.

Your points are valid except for the fact we had trouble with him last year, as well.Bleeding Orange wrote:This is getting ridiculous. I would go so far as to say ridonkulous.BGSU Falconz wrote:Assuming we make it that far, I forsee serious troubles with Garrett Wolfe.

Re: Defensive line
without doing any research, I would bet that most of the teams on our schedule have a similar advantage in size. Our O-line is similar in size to Wisky.jerzyboy247 wrote:Don't forget the Offensive line had over 50 lbs. over each defensive lineman. No one in the mac has that big of a line to push us around.
Let's just worry about beating ball state.

After watching Ohio beat Pitt I am a little worried about playing them too. Don't forget UT has the potential to go undefeated until they play us. They play a formidable but beatable Fresno state, and thats it. But they do have to go through us and NIU. We need some help with our defense, plain and simple.....Lets hope that Lovett experience starts to pay off. Any word on the status of Pope?
