21-14?
I just checked out the score since I can't listen to the game here in Columbus. Not sure what is going on but it looks like the defense can't stop BSU. Maybe it isn't just because we played a B11 team and they had a good running back.

The way today is going, the fight for the MAC East could be a gigantic pillow fight.

OK, did they hire the wrong person to run our defense? I mean I know he was hired on short-order, but good lord these guys are having big issues.
Was the team in general too cocky coming into the season? Some of the things they were saying going into the WI game were a bit too confident and such.
It could be that BSU is fighting for its life, they've done it before, and even that other team in the area has had fits with them.
Between no defense, losing to WI, having a struggle with BSU, and Boise looking horrible in its first two games, the early season isn't so inspiring right now.

He freak'n sucks and Fry was going to do any kicking needed after that second missed PAT.
The game sounds bad, and given expectations and how well they did on offense against WI, it was. There is reason to be concerned. However I'm not yet sold that the sky is falling. BSU has given good teams fits in the past, theydid have both the fact is was BGSU coming to play, and the appeal their coach made to wounded honor and such which might have sparked a more pitched fight.
Conference games are always a hard thing to predict, and getting bushwacked between big games does happen. The key is getting focused for Boise, which is still having major issues. The Falcons really shouldn't have slept-walked into the game, and shouldn't be so sub-par on defense, but they have been. The only thing that is important is seeing that they do improve. If they don't, there will be ample time for recriminations and knashing of teeth later.
