I recently interviewed with a couple of pharmaceutical companies. In both interviews the fact that I currently have a lot of autonomy in strucutring my activities was raised as a negative.

Man...I do NOT want to work for those people.

They went to bed early Mon and Tues night so I told them they could stay up until the 1st half ends. We usually have the lead so let them go to bed thinking BG won. Of course, a repeat of the UT game would not be good. Maybe Dad will let them slide into the middle of the 3rd.

I remember as a kid growing up a Browns fan...when they were on MNF (which was rare in the late 70's) I had to go to bed at 9:30. I hated that.

Flipper: The folks who work for me know my motto - Do As Little Work As Possible. In other words, whatever makes the job easier to do, we do. Save the brain power for creative stuff. Everyone knows the goals & deadlines, then figures out how to best meet them. The old command and control mindset is a waste of time.
