I was not impressed with the way we played last night. Granted, we did have a ground shaking factor with the death of a Falcon...I expected either we would play a little shaky or we would use the energy and have a heck of a game.
I think that there were too many missed opportunities. We weren't playing with a lot of heart last night. I felt like our guys just gave up so many times.
I don't know if anyone else would agree with me, but why does it seem like we only run about 3 or 4 plays over and over again? I was hoping we would see some tricky stuff going down last night. We should not be going three and out because we never took the chance to throw the damn ball. (Did we even throw to Sharon last night?)
Did anyone notice for a little bit Omar was playing a little J5 ball? Under center QB sneak. Doing some running himself. Did you see how the team came together a little bit then. I wonder if the coach's were trying to do things different so Omar wasn't compared to Harris.
I think our team has a lot to think about and a lot of work to do. I do know, that I will be there with them the rest of the way. This is only one game. I know it might have blown our bowl chance, but we have a season to play. We all need to put the loss behind us and get ready to win every game from here on out!

I think BG forgot to bring the defensive team with them on the buses. That was the worst defense I think I have ever seen in college football game. If we don't improve our run defense, a team like EMU can beat us. Our run defense HAS to improve or this could be a long year
If you go to Toledo or you like Toledo, you suck!!!

I was thinking the bus musthave stopped at UT on the way to Dekalb and picked up the UT def line.

Give me a break. If BG expects to waltz into someone else's house and not have a hostile crowd then they don't belong in D-I.

If you make a statement on the field it shuts up the crowd. Plain and simple.

The offensive play was fine for the most part (expect the dumbass penalties) - the D just didn't show up.

Has anyone considered the fact that we scored more points on OU than we did on NIU?
