New "solid verbal"

Accordings to Rivals, BG has a "solid verbal" from Tyler Donahue, OT from Naperville, Ill., 6'6", 251 lbs., ranked as a 5.4 prospect (5.5 would make him a 3 star).

I checked and he is indeed listed on the recruiting database for Indiana and Wisconsin. He is ranked as the 33rd best prospect in Illinois.

I read somewhere that Donahue made his verbal late last week. I'm thinking that we probably had a good sized number of prospects in for the Homecoming game. I wouldn't be surprised if we had some other verbals from prospects at that game.

Looks like our recruiting is going well. We are probably close to having verbals for half of our allotted recruits for next year.

Saw some Wickliffe and Strongsville Mustange letter jackets in Lower Section 11 and 13 Saturday night....and then again, there were a whole bunch of school names I never heard of, so let's hope they can cast a big Regional net!
