How does the tent thing work? Does it cost money or do you have to be part of the organization?
I stopped at the technology tent once but I'm also a student there.
Can I stop by on the 22nd??
I'm about to graduate. Time to go out a get a real job.

Grant shells out for the tent fee and then we pass the hat to help defray the costs.

Stop on by, all are welcome! :partyman: :drinkers:

How about another try at the Chili Grant??
The fire marshall won't let him. In fact, they offered to fill the tent with four grills and a fire pit as long as Grant promises not to try to make chili again....

As far as food/drink/etc goes.. bring lots of stuff that doesn't require energy to prepare. :-) I feel bad for the people that are stuck always cooking. Maybe just lots of snacks and desserts!
You know I'll be there. I'm hoping rather early. I'm flying into Detroit at 6:00 that morning. That is also the day that the new XBox comes out and I'm going to try my best to find one. If I can find one early I'll be going out to start tailgating at probably 1:00 or 2:00. Could be later if I spend all day running from store to store.

As for those of us that are always cooking, I really think most of us like it! I know that I like to cook, it's really no biggie for me. Freak certainly seems to enjoy the grill as well :)

Let's get some cash guys. These tents rock, but they do cost some jack. It's the holidays, and Grant gives us this site all year. I think it's the least we can do to give him enough to pay the tent off!
Well, I just assumed the deep-fryer was a given. That had BETTER be there!! ;-)
GREAT!! I'll bring the oreo's!!!
