Part of a 2006 preview of the offense. The defense is coming up. Much of it is the same as we saw in the press conference quotes, so I won't repeat that. Some new stuff, however.
"When I got the job, we had three guys committed and then there was a dead period (per NCAA rules). Basically, I had 22 scholarships and three weeks to recruit the class. There were some guys we took at the tail end who didn't pan out."
He also says that Aaron Davis and Rhett Magner are expected to compete at WR, along with Partridge, Ruiz and Parks.
There are no plans to recuit at JUCO WR.
At RB, as others have noted, don't forget Chris Bullock.
Finally, on the line, Aaron Kent had back problems but could be a factor (295 lbs). Edward Massey (309) had a heart problem, did not play at ll in the Fall, and is having academic problems.

i cant wait to watch Magner and Davis catch some footballs. They need to take the place of Cole and Chuckie, and i guess we wont have a replacement for Sandman, but CP looks good if he can stay healthy!
4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!
