PROPHECY
Previously from PITTMAN:
-The last poster hit on our one big questionmark; our O-Line. While most believe we will be fine there, they will be somewhat unproven and probably a downgrade seeing as two of last years starters will be playing on sundays..

-While many of you know about McCoy, Pitt also has a senior RB who was a 2 year starter before McCoy came to Pitt, Stephens-Howling.. He is one to watch as well..

Our Defense was ranked 5th in the country last year.. We have one of the best front 4 in the country, an all-american at LB, and two play making safety's that were redshirted last year.. Rumor has it that our one safety, E. Fields, may very well play on Sundays when he is done at Pitt..

PITTMAN:

Here's the concern for BG. Phil Steele (who writes THE BEST college football mag in the country) rates both of your off. tackles in his top 60: 46th-Jason Pinkston, OT 6'4", 300 and 50th-Joe Thomas, 6'5", 300 (The top 60 equates to the top 25%; 120 D-1 teams, 240 OTs). Steele also ranks your RB stable as the 3rd best in the country behind Ohio St and Georgia. Also unfortunately for us, your D-line ranked #26.

The Falcons MUST win the turnover battle and stop the run, especially in the fourth quarter. Football is actually a very simple game, and Sheehan's best effort can be erased if we don't do those two things.

Primanti's or Bust!! There's a "Grille 27" (Eddie George) in Columbus near campus that is run by the same company. It's the identical webite, menu etc. Grille 27 is awesome and I'm looking forward to Grille 36.
PROPHETIC INDEED - The Falcons were +3 in turnovers and stopped the run
