I think it would be useful to go to two back sets sometimes between the 20's but inside the 10 CB should be getting all the carries. Overall I think we looked a little sloppy in the first half but cleaned in up in the second and overpowered the redhawks at the end. I also like how we are bringing a lot more pressure in D something I havent seen in a LONG time. I am a little concern about playing toledo I think the first one to 50 might win it.

Defense kept the Miami O outta the end zone at the end....that was awesome. Beating Miami sounds damn good.

4th win in the last 5 games....keep it going against Zippy. 7-5 is very possible IF we can win at home.

BEAT AKRON!!!

We are unbeaten in the MAC on the road and we are winless in the MAC at home...WTF is up with that? When was the last time we went unbeaten on the road in the MAC? 1991 or 92?

You're right Freak it's time now to protect our home turf. 4-0 on the road in the MAC this season and 6 straight MAC road wins. Let's get it done at the Doyt these next 2 weeks.

Great win tonight. Its good to be at .500 again. Now if we can just win the last two games we can still have a better season than last year. With only two home games remaining this is very very possible.
Great Job Falcons!!!!

I was hoping you were around to answer that.... this almost makes up for that debacle down in Oxford back in 2007, eh Freak?

Actually looks like 2005 with wins at Ball State, Buffalo, Kent, and Miami.

We had 146 yards on the ground. Was that the most of the season?

Well, over on hawk talk I said it was going to be 35-24 BG. Sold our defense a little bit short. :-D

Nice work boys!

Something for the bookmakers to consider, since 2001 we are 24-12 on the road in MAC games.

Props to Clawson and his staff for once again making halftime changes. It feels good to beat Miami, however there were still a lot of points left on the field again, thankfully they didn't come back to bite us.

This is looking a lot like 2007 when the team rattled off 4 straight wins to end the season. Now, it's time to win at home, get bowl eligible and hopefully finish 7-5 so it's more appealing for some bowls to give BG a look.
