If he's sick, he shouldn't participate. The younger guys don't have to participate and you are better off having them not know your measurements vs. having poor inaccurate measurements and believing they are true.

I received an e-mail stating that the players who haven't declared aren't allowed to take part in the pro day, but I could swear that players worked out who were still on the team.

This from an ESPN chat with Todd McShay today:

Markus (Seattle): After Leinart, Young, and Cutler, who are the next 3-4 quarterbacks on most folks' draft boards and where might they be picked?

Todd McShay: I don't know about most folks, but I think it's Omar Jacobs (Bowling Green), Brodie Croyle (Ala.) and Charlie Whitehurst (Clemson).

Todd McShay: There's a big drop-off after Leinart, Young and Cutler. Croyle is the most developed, but his size and durability issues scare me. I think Jacobs has the most upside of the "others", which is why I'd take a chance on him in the 2nd. round.

Truthfully, He hasn't said a word about this, so I don't think he is involved. If he was involved I would think he would be very excited to be a part of it and would have mentioned it to me.
