I hear you on that one! Had to give up on fancy pens when I found out they were going to school with the little magpies instead of going to work with me.
For me it is mechanical pencils. Next thing you know the kids have broken off how many pieces of lead drawing Pokemon, when I find out ,I am at the courthouse trying to write down deed volumes and pages for research and for some reason I need to mooch a pencil that works, that is if they put them back in my briefcase.

That story did not mention the Sebo Center at all. It was in reference to academic buildings only. Destruction of the old Student Services building, a new Arts building, and an expansion of the Health Center I believe were the three specific items that were mentioned.

What's the scoop on all of those buildings. Was there any time frame given for those?
In the fifth column of the story on the front page:
Trustees were told the production of steel for the Sebo Center at the north end of Perry Stadium is two weeks ahead of schedule and some steel could be in place by the middle of the month . . .
Sorry Manager. I was trying to say that there was no reference given to the Sebo Center time frame being adjusted due to pressure from those making contributions.

looks like they are really picking up the pace. they should get alot done while we are on break...hopefully some of the structure will start to take place by the time we get back!
Is that a crane that I see moving in from the top left of the camera pic??

Probably. I meant to post something about there being a big-ass crane sitting near the construction site. I checked the camera earlier today and you couldn't see it in the picture.

I know that this has probably been asked/debated about, but why haven't we had orange turf? It's probably not going to happen due to the NCAA but it would be sweet.

Because orange grass hasn't been invented yet.
If God had meant for football to be played on carpeting, there would certainly be some reference to that in Leviticus.
