Okay, I give up your going to beat us by a few TD's (3+).

Let's look at the last time you beat us at our house in 2001. BG 17-0. BG that seaason 8-3, Ohio 1-10. Ohio with no passing attack.

Comparing scores in 2003, NIU 23 - OU 20, Miami 49 - OU 31, BG 34 - NIU 18, Miami 33 - BG 10, Miami 49 - BG 27

Comparing scores in 2004, NIU 34 - BG 17, Miami 40 - OU 20

What ever slanted opinion you may have, there is no evidence that BG is any better in recent years, and no evidence to support a claim that you'll walk into our house and blow us out. And the evidence at OU says this is definetly the best Bobcat team in years, with the second best defense in the league behind Marshall's. OU had 6 defesive starters out against Kentucky still roughing them up. This isn't just a good senior class for a solid season. Our underclassmen are out performing the injuried starters.

Any team can score any given amount of points on any given day. I don't see how comparing scores shows any evidence that we won't blow you out this game.

And you can't prove to me you will blow us out in our house. You didn't do it 3 years ago when we were terrible. Marshall hasn't been able to blow us out in our house. Miami couldn't beat us by 3 TDs last year with the best MAC team ever. The fans here are more blustering and oblivious than Marshall's. We shut you out in back to back years in Peden not that long ago in front of two falcon fans.

What are you on? Does taking a beating in DeKalb sound like improvement over last year?

Lets not get off track. We are talking about BG being better than OU in recent years. Us losing to NIU has nothing to do with us beating you in recent years. I don't want to rub it in, but we are better than you now. It's cool fighting for your school and everything but when your team is not that great despite having good D, you have to realize it. Honestly, I didn't think we would walk into Oklahoma and win even though I said we would. So now you should honestly realize BG is going to win even though you don't want them to.

And yes, NIU did beat us but oh well. It doesn't mean we haven't improved from last year. Sure we lost some players, but the ones still playing now have another year of experience and are playing better. If you knew anything about our program, you would know the players we have are definitely improved.

Whoa buddy...NIU and you guys are 2 completely different teams. I bet even you guys would lose to NIU if you played them this year...no matter how good you say you guys are.

All of the OU people I know, and all of their friends, and all of their friends (ok so maybe I am exaggerating a little) know that BG is a good team and they aren't expecting OU to blow us out. So, at least acknowledge that BG is a good team. It's not like we are saying you suck. We are just saying we are probably going to win

No. We aren't saying we are probably going to win. We are saying we will win. If we don't, so be it. I'll take the comments because I'm sticking by what I say. We are going to win!

Don't blame Hail Peden, extended exposure to women who don't shower and refuse to shave their legs and armpits will warp anyone's perspective.

I prescribe soap and a reality check. I don't know who can help them with the soap, but I know who's bringing the reality check...

Now you're just being stupid. Our loss to to NIU has nothing to do with and in no way detracts from the MOUNTAIN of evidence that've BG has been better than OU over the last few years. You obvioulsy couldn't reason your way out of a paper bag. Here are a few book recommendations from Amazon.

My point is despite all evidence to the contrary, you won't admit that its going to be a competitive game down in Athens.

it will be competitive.

but the onyl way its as clsoe as you are saying it will be is if we duct tape omars arm to his leg, and put little pieces of tape ofer Chucks eyes, and your linebackers could have spears even.

Well that's totally different...all of our games are competitive. Well except for the 72 point thrashing of OU and the 70 point drilling of Temple.

We'll worry about the Slobcats later. First things first - let's take care of business against CMU.
