If that is the case, shouldn't the police be involved?
One would assume. Maybe it was a teammate or coach that caught him instead of the police and they are choosing to keep it in house. That could be where there whole "unspecified team rules" language comes from.
All I know is that if he did something significant enough repeatedly to be kicked out of Columbus, I sure as hell don't want him here.

Given Tressle's track record you have to commit something resembling a mortal sin to get more than a one game suspension. My guess is that he tried to kill a teammate.

you are being rediculous
he has been quick at punishing players, sometimes too quick. as far as your comment. Troy got 2 games for accepting a very minor 500 from a booster and he did not play the whole Texas game which cost them the game.
he puts discipline first. if he cared about winning more than Troys discipline he would have started troy and played him the whole game, let him develop a rythm and beat texas. I'm not saying OSU wold have won for sure with Troy but the chances would have been a lot better
you people sterotype big time and it is going to get you in trouble some day.
I can not wait until something comes out about BG. It will happen. and I will be on it like butter on toast

Is that intended to be some sort of threat?

To say that Tressel puts discipline first is a complete joke. How much time did Holmes sit out against Michigan for violating team rules. I believe it was either a series or a quarter at most. Also, to say a very "minor" 500 dollars is RIDICULOUS because any amount of money from a booster is a huge violation. The argument from Ohio State is that it happens everywhere. While it may happen some places, it seems to happen more (or they have a harder time covering it up) at Ohio State. Ohio State is always very talented and you cannot argue with their record, but they are turning into the modern day Miami (FL).

And you are a douchebag but that still doesn't stop you from posting.
I'm not sure how "minor" cheating is but I guess since it happens all the time at osu taking $500 from a booster is nothing.
Don't worry about BG. Maybe you should focus on the weekly soap opera at osu.

that is a foolish statement and you and everyone knows is not true, the NCAA knows it is not true as well. but thanks for playing
Also what did Holmes ever do? I do not recall him ever being in trouble. I do not recall holmes ever having to sit out against UM because he violated team rules? I think you are dropping more false information and it makes your statement completely opposite of credible
