Technically, no, it's not his fault he has little passing ability.
I assume you're referring to the gameplan? It was what it was because the coaches know very well how limited Freddie is through the air. They tailored a gameplan to his strength which is running the ball.
Turner can do both. Like I said in another thread -- I want to see Turner at QB with Barnes and Macon flanking. Put O'Drobinak on the line with Ruiz and Partridge out wide, our put Zach Charles out there when you want 3 wide. Run and pass the ball about the same number of times and I think we can be effective. 5 QB draws and a 10 yard out cut will not beat many teams.
