Another nice aspect is that NAVY draws well. Its a team that you want to go see play even in years where they suck. Indeed, 1994 was not a great year for them, a blow-out was a given, yet it drew the biggest, or second biggest crowd of the year.

Next years team will be coming off a bowl season, and the program is clearly in a high point overall. Depending on how we start, the Falcons might actually be underdogs at home.

Actually, it was the third biggest by 115 people. :wink: (I just happen to have the 1995 media guide out for whatever reason.)

Average home attendance that season was 22,960 for five games, with the smallest being 19,183 for Ball State.
