BG NCAA 08 Impact Players

A couple notes:

- When you edit your roster's names offline, they'll appear online. I spent the time changing all the BG player's names and they showed up when I played an online game.

- No Freddie/Frieda or A-Z-Z.

- Since I've only had my 360 for about a month, I'm still getting used to the controls. (i.e. I suck)

- It's near impossible to find someone to play with online.

- Recruiting system is interesting, but the interface for it is a bit overwhelming. Instead of being able to do everything you wanted to from one screen it's split into multiple. Other than that, recruiting is great. Schools like BG can't sign 10 5* recruits until they've improved to a 4 or 5 star school.

- Legend mode is monotonous. However, the new "skip ahead" feature is pretty cool for people who don't like playing offense and vice versa.

- Something VERY cool is that if your connected to XBox Live it will connect to an ESPN Radio feed and you get to hear the hourly SportsCenter breaks. I was very surprised to be playing and then all of a sudden I started hearing all the baseball game results.

- Why do the players on the bench all look like 350 pound linemen wearing a kicker helmet?

- No brown jersey. You can only select all-orange or all-white.

Overall, it's a solid game. The lack of a real Doyt is VERY disappointing though.

My problem is defense. I can score on almost anyone with almost any team, but defensively I'm not real good...I rely on turnovers mostly to get my stops. A lot of that is the fact that BG's defense usually sucks in the game too, though.

Thats my problem as well, whenever I play against another person score is it 70-67

I just spoke to a friend who has the game, and he said that Ransom and Glaud aren't in the game. I guess we will all have to edit the existing players who don't have a good chance at starting to these two.

Is the Doyt 4 real on the ps2 version?

Is he still left-handed in the game? (AT is right-handed, right?)

Oh yeah he's right handed
