What the.......? Is the endzone lettering being done by big iron-ons or something? Best be careful with heat around all that plastic.

Nice pix, Macman...

I think it looks like shrink wrap. It's gonna take a fricking big heat gun to set that stuff

just a minor thing, but it would have been cool to do the numbers in the "falcon" font, instead of a generic stencil.

but either way, it looks great.

You got UT grads laying that stuff? Looks like they thought the "Green" was supposed to go where it was green. Maybe to distinguish it from the other colors?

The lettering will be stitched down along with all the other markings. I do agree, though, the yard lines would have looked good with the Falcon font. I'm expecting "Falcons" to go in the North end zone.

There's an awful lot of lettering in the north end zone. I'm thinking "BOWLING GREEN" is going in both...which is awkward, I think, but it should fill the space better than just "FALCONS" in the narrow athletic font.

I plan on heading over later to take some more pictures. I'll try and see what exactly is laid out.

Bowling Green on both sides would be a bit boring/monotonous for what we got so far.

I'm all for using BOWLING GREEN spelled out whenever possible.

I would have liked the falcon font on the numbers too, but no biggee. Would have liked to see the 20 yard lines outlined in orange, a full color M.A.C. logo, and either the BG or spaceghost at the 50 but I'm dealing with it.

DD makes a good point, IMO, about spelling out "BOWLING GREEN" in the end zones. With the "BG" at midfield, we have both covered.

The field Looks great. Sebo looks great. Now its it stime to update the stadium. What about for the bare minimum just painting a big BGSU on the seats in the Doyt in Brown or orange so that when you are looking up into the empty stadium it says BGSU?
