Just a though, and I probably won't have a chance to pick up the ingredients prior to Saturday, but if anyone wants to pick up some Cuervo, Triple Sec and Lemon juice, I learned to make a damn good margarita during my desert exile. I could try to give half-tanked lessons, too.

A margarita should never, ever, under even the most dire circumstances, see the inside of a blender. It's like putting fruit in your beer...yucky.

My margarita recipe is pretty simple:

Juice of one fresh lime.
One Shot Tequila.
One Shot Grand Marnier.

Although for the sake of a tailgate, I will likely pick up some triple sec and cheap out, saving the Grand Marnier for less intoxicating times :)

I just put the ingredients with some ice in a shaker, and serve on the rocks.

The weather is starting to look a little dicey. Time to bust out the hot drinks!

Caramel Apple:
Hot Cider
Sailor Jerry rum

Combine. Get drunk. Lose pants.

You make them YOUR way, I'll make them MY way!! :axe:
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Anybody have an extra ticket for this game they'd be willing to give away? I have a friend coming up for his first BG game and he's had some financial issues lately. He almost didn't come but I told him I'd get him hooked up.

So, please PM me if you have an extra... thanks!

FYI this season there is the: "NEW Game Day Walk-Up Special $7". Pretty good deal, but they might go quickly so if you are going to get one probably a good idea to buy as soon as the ticket booths open.Image

DD,
I had NO problems getting my granddaughter a $7 ticket at last home game, with a 20K + crowd...don't think this would be a problem.

BGFan/FalconFanatic:

Does your RV have an awning? I cannot remember if it does or not. We're definitely going to need some covered area tomorrow.

I don't have an EZ-UP anymore, mine blew away and got torn up in a storm last spring :(.

I had planned on using crockpots for the taco stuff, but with the rain forcasted, I may fall back on the sterno heaters like I used for the stuff last time.

hammb,

I have one of those EZ-Ups that's never been out of the packaging...so far, no need with the weather this year. I'll bring it along and if I can park near ya, have at it!
