Yeah pretty much, although it isn't their fault. The MAC never ran a statistical analysis on whether it was possible to have all teams play 8 conference games with 13 teams in the league. The league office didn't realize that that was a statistical impossibility. Thus, we end up with a situation where 1 team in the East and 2 in the west (I think 2) only play 7 conference games.
