Lot 25 sounds good. I'll have to check with my dad and his friend, but I'm sure none of them would be against finding a large group of Falcon Friendliness to hang with.

Can ya save some spots for us? I wanna try and get there by 3:30 now!

Lot 25 it is! Everyone else get that?

SMASH THE ROCKETTES!!

will do my best to save as many spots as possible. But everyoen get there asap. Is there anyoen with a flag that wants to get there around noon or so (even before) so that it is obvious where we are, and the late comers can find us faster?

my plans are starting to come together a little more. Still don't know when the old man wants to roll out and tailgate, but my seats are in Sec 22, Row T... Lot 25 still sounds good (though it looks like a hike!!! ), though I have to make a pit stop through Lot 10 to get some beers off a friend (UT guy, though he cheered fairly loud for BG at the MCB! :D ). I'm sure there has to be a way to get there at 10am and fit it all in, right?

TG- its not that bad of a hike, thats one of the better thingsa bout ut's campus, its very compact, there isnt anythign mroe than a 15 minute walk from any point to any other. Lot 25 is maybe 5-10 minutes from the no class bowl.

NYBGFAN- I will be there inteh AM sometime. Exact time its decided yet. I have to run up to the mall to aquire the greatest video game ever made the minute the store opens(10), and then i will register my accoutn for it, and head to the lot. I would estimate ill be there between 11 and noon.

Bring whatever you want. Im sure most people will, and I would guess there will be more than enough for everyone.

That's what I like to hear!

I told this guy I'd tailgate with him for awhile, but I think after a bit the lack of brown and orange in the area would start to depress me.

Tailgating and BG attendance

Post by BG fan in Toledo »

Working in Toledo the next 7 days may just kill me!! I have taken a half day off on Tuesday and plan on tailgating. Did all you tailgaters decide to go to Lot 25? I am not familiar with parking at UT but pulled up a map and printed it off. Any indication from BG students that there will be a good showing from them? What about the marching band? I heard from someone that they would be there. Any word on ticket sales? I work with a UT grad that is very well connected with the AD's at both schools and he said UT is having trouble selling tickets. Hope tickets are selling on our end!

i heard from toledo students that a lot of students are going home tuesday(they dotn have class wed) and are going to skip the game. I hope this is true, as much crap as the rockette fans have been throwing at us about lack of fan base, it would be funny to see as much orange in the no class bowl as blue/gold.

note: toledo is 10 times the size of BG, excluding suburbs, if they cant beat us in attendance, then that is sad, our stadium is bigger too, so it will always look mroe empty with the same # of people.

BGinToledo-

I hear ya, this is the longest week ever. WE will be in lot 25, I will be there (what looks like to be first) with some buddies around 11-12 on tuesday. We will try to be as visible as possible as to make it easy for everyone to see us. Updates will be continually posted.

PS- can anyone grab me some of those braclets in teh next week? SyncSk8er are you getting more in soon?

well....

step 1: collect underpants
step 2:
step 3: profit!

then use the profit to come to the game!

welcome aboard!

With that, i have noticed a very bad(good?) trend. All of the tickets that people have posted buying (from BGSU) are all in teh same general area, nto uncommon. What IS uncommon, is that they all border the ut student section.

Now how toledo thinks this was a good idea is beyond me. they are asking for trouble right here. in 2002 the BG section was the NW corner, now its the senction directly to the north of the student section. This may end up quite badly. Just lettign everyoen know to expect the worst, they will be sitting next to the social fraternities mostly.
