I'm guessing he's a current or former BG student who tried to walk on the team and didn't make it and takes out his own lack of ability in football on the coaching staff. Sounds about right to me.

I have no problems with you, but I think the problem is the way you comment, and not what you say. There's a respectful way to criticize, and then there is your way.

this is a college football message board. a degree of smack and crassness comes with that. i attack the coaching staff. they are screwing up a once very promising season. we probably won't win 7 this year after winning 8 last year and returning tons of players. others here have attacked me for attacking the coaching staff and also apparently b/c i am not part of "the club".

That is where you are mistaken. This is NOT a typical college football message board, far from it! It's not the criticism of the coach that has people annoyed, it's the manner in which you do it. We take pride in the fact that our message board is NOT the typical, name calling, profane, garbage that you often find on other boards (thank you Grant and the moderators). I'm surprised that calling ZiggyZoomba "buddy" didn't get you a major smackdown from the other moderators. Grant, aka ZiggyZoomba, founder of this board, is someone we respect greatly for what he has done for BG fans! Be careful how you tread, you're in dangerous waters....

It's because you're being obnoxious, rude, and crass. Unacceptable here to behave in such a manner to others on the board. We criticize the coaches, yes. We put our opinions out there, yes. We have knee-jerk reactions a lot, yes. We'll poke fun at others on the board, but we make it clear that it is in jest and we don't' have any intention of actually hurting them, and if we do, we apologize. But we don't call out other posters, attack them, or act without class. So far, you have done all of the above in your brief time here and it is apparent that you don't fully understand how to carry out a discussion on this board.

Here's the deal. I don't have to apply anything evenhandedly. This is my site! How much did you pay to be here? You're a guest here and MOST of these people are my friends. Many of them are my GOOD friends. You come on here and do nothing but spout vitriol and anger. Look at your screen name. You obviously don't want to do anything but rile people up.

You called out one of my friends by name in the subject line of a post, call him "big boy...". You were only looking for confrontation. OR... no... I won't go there.

I don't have any use for characters like you on this site. Have some respect for those of us who have lived through the bad times AND the good times. They'll be good again. It's all cyclical. We'll be fine. You just have to be around long-term, not a flash-in-the-pan.

umm you're wrong sir. my screen name is not meant to rile people up. instead i chose it because i truly am very pissed at this coaching staff which should be fired for a very disappointing season. when i first came on here i posted a number of times regarding my displeasure with brandon and his staff and their calls and a number of people on here got personal with me. just because all these people are your friends doesn't make their unfriendly posts towards me right.
