Kent, big plays down the field, but they stall in the red zone again.

2:24 left in the game, NIU has the ball on their own 20, a chance to pull off an improbable comeback.

Kent also has the ball on their own 20 with 4:37 remaining, up 41-38

Temple fails on a 4th down and 5 with 2 minutes left, Kent should be on their way.

NIU converts a 4th and 18 with :48 left. :39 left now, they are inside the CMU 35. A field goal ties, a touchdown wins.

:23 left, NIU at the CMU 8 - NIU just threw one into the end zone, it was broken up.

:29 left in Kent, Temple to get the ball back one last time.

Tie game in Dekalb - 30-30, overtime probably coming.

NIU makes field goal, scored 24 unanswered points!!! Now its all but time for the most exciting scenario in all of sports.......college football overtime!!!!!!!

Temple completes pass, fumbles, and Kent recovers. This game is over!!!! Temple is now all but out of the MACC race, surprising i know!

Come on CMU, CMU winning will help Ball State. Beating CMU with no losses looks better on BSU resume

See, and I was hoping for an NIU win, mostly because I can't really root against NIU after what happened there last February, but also because CMU's fans are truly the trash dump of the MAC.

Still, it'll be a great game between Ball State and Central Michigan next Wednesday night, probably the biggest MAC game since NIU-BG in 2003.

Nice posting with you too Bgwarrior.

Great games in the MAC last night...Some might say the MAC is weak, but I think it is full of parody. It seems like every week, either team can win...I don't look at any matchup and say "That's a sure win for..." especially after EMU came into BG on homecoming and did what they did. Temple losing to Kent???? 4 years ago, that's an obvious choice but this year, Temple is playing pretty good ball and almost pulled that one out.
