I haven't been that extreme, but I've been saying I have no confidence in our coaching staff for a year and a half now. Let me tell you that words like this won't be taken too well on here...but it is possible that its just the truth hurting.Dr.Sooner wrote: But your coach is clueless.
What a choke Job!
What a choke-job is right! Dr. Sooner may have been a little aggressive in his commentary, but he bottom-lined it out whether anyone likes it or not.
BG really stunk up the place last night during the second half. It actually began in the middle of the second half. And if you were there, and didnt' sense what was going to happen, you don't understand football. "Fatstutz" as you were all calling him last week, totally outcoached Brandon; he inspired his team, made all the necessary adjustments, and it was pretty clear when they entered the field at the end of the half what was going to happen. The assinine play calling from the BG bench, and at least one ultra slow-poke cornerback on defense (who gets burned every week) was just pathetic. ---- Some questions: how come BG ran the clock out at the end of the first half; how come we threw those rediculous corner passes during the middle of the third quarter when we were on UT's 30 -- instead of just going for the first down, and then taking it in; why didn't we stick to the run -- the whole UT team was on guard against the pass; and why weren't we prepared when UT had a 4th down with 30 to go -- everybody knew what was going to happen accept Brandon. Touchdown! One Redeeming aspect --- BG's band was much better.
