I feel even less manly after reading a forum on color choices for a uniform. I think I am going to grab me a beer, after my pedicure of course.

I dont really put much stock in Op Eds of this sort but they do touch on valid points vs our uniforms. As I have mentioned before, our helmet logo and uniforms rank at the top of the marketing list for our program and University. This is especially true when we have a bowl or nationally televised regular season game. Its not our colors that are the problem, its the presentation and design which matter. All of that goes to our wonderfully inept athletic department. The poster is especially right on our interlocking BG helmet logo. Its does look like a drawing from a 4th grader. We definitely can upgrade on all fronts here. I suppose it could be worse. I remember watching our narrow loss to tosu with Urban and Josh when we had the horrible old falcon head with the white infill helmet logo (my osu idiot friends said they thought the logo was someone dipping a cookie into a glass of milk), Adidas jerseys and Russell Athletic pants.

Again, some internet tool doesn't like the logo so we should fire the AD and change the logo.

C'mon people...are we this shallow?

I'd like to send my future kids to schools in which 4th graders make custom font sets.

I saw the AD wearing brown shoes with a blue suit...let's fire his ass and hire someone with a sense of color. Are them boys from "Queer Eye For the Straight Guy" doing anything nowadays?
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

I will see Carson K. next weekend at a horse show, I'll ask him if he can come over and refine and retool Greg C.

Without question...the yellow and bown has always been THE worst college uniform.

Law Enforcement officials in Chicago say the new Arizona State pitchfork logo resembles the trident logo of the Satan Disciples, a violent street gang in the city. ASU promises "legal action" against the gang if the SDs use licensed gear to represent their gang.
Thought I'd posted this before, but how many Azzer's remember which MAC TEAM wore brown and yellow (gold?) before changing to a new scheme?
Also, I was at the FIRST "all orange" game, which was one of the nite games before we had permanant lites vs Akron, I believe.... Didn't care for the all orange look, would still love to see us go back to the orange pants, brown jersey look of years ago... THAT was a sharp combo!!! :supz:

The fact that Oregon doesn't hold down 7 or 8 of the 10 spots on this list renders it meaningless.

Hey, wait a second!?!?!?! Oregon Clay is not on this list, either. AND, Oregon, Ohio, is not too far from Bowling Green, Ohio, so this must be the BGSU AD's fault. Fire him!

Last time I checked, brown leathers are perfectly proper to wear with a blue suit. In fact, I believe they are a close second to oxblood...

Now if he was wearing brown shoes with a BLACK suit? That's firing material!
