Because there are Huntington locations in the Cleveland/Akron area. But hey, if ya wanna just market to Toledo, go for it. We've been with First Merit for years.

I think the point is that this isn't being done by Huntington Bank the corporation, but Huntington Bank, the Toledo branch. If Huntington were doing this as a corporation, then perhaps it would be statewide or nationwide. This would be similar to a national pizza joint, say Dominos, being located in your town, and the store in the next town over was offering a good deal that yours was not. It isn't a chainwide deal, just a deal that the individual location is offering.
