The more Akron is favored the better, I say.

Akron has moved to -6 or -7 depending on the book. That's a big line, especially for an Akron team ranked 12 spots lower in the Sagrin.

Akron's offense turns the ball over way less with Pohl in than Woodson. That's probably part of the line. Regardless, I think we are the better team and should be fully healthy and ready to play.

I went back and checked just for fun, BG is 4-5 since 2005 in the first game after the bye. A majority of those games were on the road, and 6 of them combined were against Buffalo and Miami. BG lost last year to Toledo after the bye 28-25.
