Yes, Barnett's "famous" quote was made a year ago. The girl in question is now re-kindling old fires for whatever reasons she might have. Money, maybe. Who care's. Let it lay and let it die.
...but if this truly did happen, why should she let it lie? If the allegations aren't false, she should stand her ground until justice is done. If she's lying, then OK, let it go...but if she's not lying, they shouldn't get away with it and that's no witch hunt.
