A surprise: QB JT Kitna is in the class. He flips over from UAB.
He also held offers from Ball State, Baylor, UConn, Duke, Houston, Indiana, James Madison, Kansas State, Kent State, Liberty, UMass, North Texas, Ohio, Pitt, Texas Tech, Toledo, UTSA, West Virginia, and Western Michigan.

Former Detroit Lion Jon Kitna’s son.
Wow huge get. Chose BGSU over Ohio. He must not read this board to hear how good the Bobcats defense is.
There’s a handful of guys in this class that we are expecting to sign that haven’t come through yet, and a decent number of them have indicated within the past 24 hours that they still plan to sign with BG, just in a signing day ceremony this afternoon at their schools. So, don’t fret. We’re playing the waiting game now.
Glad we were able to hold on to the Dior Garner commit. He ended up getting some P5 attention and offers through this season, including Iowa State and K-State.
BG '10
Attended more games than any responsible student should have.

I watched his Hudl and learned he had EIGHTY tackles as a senior from the NT position. I think he is an eventual NFL player.

I'm guessing Loeffler coaching kitna in 2008 was a big help to flip his son.
Garner is an equally big win
Loeffler said he came for a late visit and flipped Tuesday night. Social media speculation is because UAB announced Dilfer wasn't going to be let go.
Loeffler mentioned that Garner's P4 interest were from schools outside Dior's comfort area. Also the relationship with McKinley's staff played a big role.
