Let's just see how UM is as a coach after he gets to coach his own recruits.

He had the exact same thing at BG his first year. I took part in it many times myself. It was an extremely good way to motivte certain people who consistantly had nagging little injuries. I had just gotten ACL surgery and when I got back to better health and was practicing with the team if there were drills that I could not partake in I would go to the pit. It didn't matter who you were or what role you had on the team. If were hurt, you were in the Pit.You start to notice that there were less and less of those minor Hamstrings or Ankle twists. He is without a doubt the best motivator/coach that I have ever seen. He will get 100% out of every player that he coaches. If that player chooses not to believe in that system he WILL replace you.
