I heard that, 87!!! IF, IF BG can run the table, a BCS bowl would be a possibility. If I have to run up the credit card for a BCS bowl, I'd do it.1987alum wrote:I'm with you on that, Freak. Let's enjoy Omar's 50 TD passes and his O-marvelous performance in a BCS game on New Year's Day, then we'll talk about 2006.Falconfreak90 wrote:I'll stick with the crowd that just can't wait to see Omar in '05. Anything after that is discussion for another day.
Mrs. Freak can see the anticipation and excitement building already for the 2005 season. I'm trying to keep it under control but...

[quote="Bleeding Orange"]First of all, who in the heck is D'Brickshaw Fergesun?
I consider myself to be a pretty avid follower of college football and I have never even heard that name before?
Don't ask that question in ACC country or your knowledge of college football will get you a dirty look. :duh: DF is one of the top prospects in the country and almost left here early this year. Many were surprised he came back. He's a very good player and has a lot of "potential" which always carries weight in NFL stock.

Listen. I could, grudgingly, accept that you & the Freaklings couldn't make the GMAC Bowl. But if the Falcons earn a BCS bid, no excuses will be accepted. None!

We WILL be at the bowl game this season. Last year was a combo of bad timing, not enough vacation time and the Tampa trip this past March had funds set aside. I have 4 vacation days set aside for this year.
No excuses is correct.
