Amen to that, brother, amen to that ...

I think this was one of those pass attempts in 2002.

The epic 2001 Northwestern comeback also featured a throwback pass to Josh for a TD although I forget who threw it. It might have been David Bautista.

Magner had a few touchdown tosses, didn't he?
and he should've had one more on sept 20, 2003.
Maybe. It wasn't a great throw. Tough catch to try to make.

It was Magner.

Ya, tough to catch the ball when you are that wide open at the goal line. :x

I wish we could get video of that play uploaded.

It looked like a terrible drop from my seats (and, I expect, most of yours; most of the Bowling Green sections were in the opposite end from the play).

But I seem to remember the replay showing that the ball was more or less below the receiver's knees. It wasn't a good throw.

It was underthrown. Jarret had to come back to the ball and try to catch a shin level throw. That's a tough enough task for a 185lb WR but it's asking a heck of a lot for a 250+lb TE to maker that play.

It would have been great tpo see him catch it, but you can't fault him for not making an exceptional play...
