Not sure how to take that. Thanks, I guess. :-\
I just knew that you were one of the few that could roll with a joke. I had to cover my ass for missing your post, so I went with it.

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Baltimore just looooooves to steal the orange and brown. Dude, I'd rather see Magner with the Steelers, and oh my stars, that would still be pretty painful.

The Anchorage Daily News did an article on Cole's signing with the Ravens. There is some decent stuff in the article like "the Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys and Indianapolis Colts all wanted him to try out for their practice teams. But Baltimore guaranteed him spot on its practice squad, which made his decision easy."

83 thou for 17 weeks of practicing football and gettin some bruises. Not a bad deal for now.

I just have the feeling that Cole will make it in the league.

And now for the official release from the Ravens:
Six of the team's eight practice squad spots have gone to players that were in camp with the Ravens, the team announced Tuesday.

They are: tackle Dante Ellington, guard Phil Hawkins, running back Alex Haynes, cornerback Zach Norton, linebacker Mike Smith and defensive back Jamaine Winborne.

Defensive lineman Darrell Lee, a first-year player out of Florida, and rookie wide receiver Cole Manger have also signed to the team's practice squad.
:? Still can't get the last name right...
