I'll be mulling this for the rest of the week.

My knee-jerk reaction

BGSU: 3
BSU: 2

Timchenko kicks a 58-yarder to end the first half. Fry takes a knee in the endzone with less than 10 seconds remaining in the game.

Omar goes 0-fer. BG offense held under triple digits for first time in memory.

Hey that would be one more field goal than scholarship kicker Jon Peattie for Miami hit last night.

The legend of Anthony Turner begins....
I wonder if his legend will begin the same way Omars began?

Omar was pulled after he allowed Ball St back in the game. Harris had to come back in the game and save the day. Harris isn't here now to save Omar if he gets into trouble.

I predict an upset 31 - 21.

I know I can always count on you for a little counterbalance to our enthusiasm.

Thanks.

Now go away.

Actually Omar played in the opener and played very well. I appreciate the attempt at some foolduggery, but get your facts straight.

Enthusiasm? Quite a few folks on here sounded less than "enthused" the past couple of days.

You got give me credit on waiting a couple of days before I graced you guys with my presence. I wanted to let the wounds heal a bit. I figured, a TJ post immediatly following the Wisky game prolly would have resulted in my banishment from your fine boards.

Btw, did I call the Wisky game or what? I said that Wisky would cover the spread. I rock! :supz:

I suppose you could argue that Omar's first true test was Ball St, because they were the first 1A team Omar played against.

I hear ya. I only waited ONE day to go talk smack on the Western Illinois boards and they kicked me out.

true, but you can't argue that's where he began...which was of course what the first statement was all about.

Such ludicrous predictions, there is no way BG is going to score 60+ points on us...oh, I'm sorry, I thought I was from a Big 11 school...

Anywho...

BG 60 (four missed xp's)
Mason Jar Tech 9

Omar plays only 6 plays...and rests having thrown six TD's.
