That is awsome. I do find it sad that the news media...you know the local news, that spends 45 min repeating the national news, 10 min of weather and 5 min of local fires/shotings and robery, can not put out some local news...heck I would think fox or cbs etc...one of them would add more Pburg, BG, and findlay content to grab viewers.

We realy need to keep Omar in front of people, and some Bboards in other cities would be good to.

The BG AD has realy improved over the past decade, and they are to be comended for that, shoot i still remember when BGSU hockey games were televised on 24, and wbgu.

Seems Toledo fans cant handle the truth...that Brad is not an impact player, and well with thier 12th game next year being Owens CC....gee I wounder if Toledo will wear pink Uniforms too.... you know the lady rockets

On the other hand, they don't need to exert as much marketing muscle to put fans in the stands, given their attendance over the past few years and actually have a home game in September.

Did you see on that Toledo board that someone actually created a Gradkowski for Heisman website? That guy should probably check out Gradkowski's stats in the first two games and shut down the site.

Toe lay do ins are just mad and gave him a site. Wonder what they will do when the school leaves toledo and moves to Maumee like all of the business have done.

You have to admit pink uniforms and Cocky Rocket would be fitting. Wonder what the NCAA would do? Ban all sexually oriented mascots???

Just thought of what thier Brad bill board could read....
Get in the pink with Cocky Rocket and Brad...HE is so prety in pink

Nobody's touched on it yet, probably because its against the general grain of the thread but my favorite comment from that MACbbs thread is:
bg has had billboards downtown for the alst few years advertising both football and the university. My personal favorite was the "It's all right here" campaign. Not "It's great here", or "Wow, it is wonderful here", just "It's all right here".

Gotta love the UT education where he doesn't realize the difference between "It's all right here" and "It's alright here"

Even BGSU faculty were complaining about that slogan.

Do they also miss the difference? Personally, I like that slogan, but perhaps it is too confusing for the masses. If a large % of your market is seeing at "alright" instead of "all right" I guess it'd be pretty ineffective.

Well..... "alright" isn't technically a word, to be grammatically correct.... it's a nonstandard spelling of "all right".
