I don't take any chances over there. They usually have cops riding bicycles thru the TG lots just looking for anything like an open beer can or bottle. They tried to make us BG fans buy their keg beer in the lots....said if we wanted to drink, we had to buy it from them and to keep our own in the car.Rightupinthere wrote:Kent Cops are Co.. - uh, roosters.Metz wrote:Why so? They really are petty about it....we haven't played there since 2002 so maybe things are different. But I wouldn't bet the farm right now.

I'm coming...this time
Mike,
Unless some other catastrophe hits, like a late Friday nite call that my dad is just about to leave us (he didn't by the way), I'm planning on being there with at least ONE of my friends, possibly more..... Heard part of game on radio (last 5 min. or so)..... didn't sound very encouraging on the broadcast to say the least. So I guess I didn't miss much , but still "wasted" a couple of tix that I'd have preferred to use.

Education our Challenge, Excellence our goal. (look it up)
My youngest son, Austin and I will be there. Also My Brothers family will be attending their second game of the year. My brother has made quite a large number of BG fans out of the people he works with and they have a large group coming to the game. So the Partridge followers will be out in force.
It will be fun to visit Kent again and go to the game. I met Corey's mother at Kent, so I guess something good came out of my time at Kent, I got Corey out of the deal. She graduated from Kent and I finished up at Youngstown state, once my running career had ended. I was actually Delta Tau Delta at Kent. Ok, be easy on me....
See you all at the game.
By the way....I Love the FMB....Keep up the good work!
