You might know Kirk Herbstreit. The guy absolutely hates us and calling our games. Since last year when he sat there picking on Perry Patterson all night long when we played West Virginia, he has just been harsh to us and that's unusual for him but I guess you can't blame him. Alot of commentators probably sit there and think "why don't they throw a 10 yard pass on 3rd and 10?" and proceed to sugarcoat everything. Herbstreit actually says it. Our predictability is quite sad. It's to the point where if we have a 3rd and anything longer than 5, we just run the ball for no gain. What the hell, why not? It's not like we would complete a pass any longer than 5 yards anyway lol

Well I hope you guys get things turned around because you're the nicest bunch of fans I've encountered. Complaining? eh, I guess we all do that. Some of us just have more to complain about, that's all. I certainly haven't encountered much of the riff-raff that goes on on most football forums. Football + opinions usually equal daily argument but most everyone seems well-mannered here, which is actually a rare trait if you visit enough forums. Hopefully someday we get turned around too and maybe have a series. That would be nice.

People behave themselves on here, for the most part, because of the site's creator, Grant. He set the tone for the decorum of the board and shut it down when things went south. He brought it back with moderators to keep things in check. And again, for the most part, people are pretty good here. Many are unhappy with the state of the football team right now, but most posters aren't trash talking morons like a lot of other sports boards. That alone makes us a unique and well respected site. Thanks for the comments and please continue to post here!
