FWIW, there was no MAC football on TV here in Philly. Instead of watching Miami pound the Snobkitties, I was treated to two college basketball games. Since I am totally apathetic when it comes to that sport, I ended up playing the Spider-man vs. Green Goblin board game with Noah & Catie.SaxyIrishTenor wrote:I believe this is an ESPN game, rather than an ESPN2 game, so I'm pretty sure they're not going to pre-empt it. However, after our second basketball practice of the year, we'll be hunkered down in front of the TV ... hoping ESPN doesn't pull that cute trick where they switch to a meaningless early season college basketball game.
Where will you be Tuesday night?
Where will I be?

At a bar in Stevens Point watching the game with my wife (I love not having to teach tomorrow!!-thank you UW-System policy).
We will be the only people caring about the game, but a summers worth of drinking at the place will guarantee I get to watch.
And yes, in spite of Sept. 2, I am a BG fan.

Pacifism is objectively pro-fascist. That is elementary common sense. If you hamper the war effor of one side, you automatically help out that of the other. George Orwell
