Granted, the Buffalo game was closer than it should have been for three qtrs, but saying we barely won a 27-7 football game is quite a stretch.

OK, fair enough. My point was that we were struggling with bad teams...a decent WMU might have beaten us even with Omar playing. We hadn't looked unbeatable.

Yeah...I don't know if we would have beaten Western even with Omar healthy. That's the thing about being a bad defensive team, everyone has a shot against you.

The defense is going to hae to show some real improvement at the spring game for me to hae a positive outlook on 2006...
