The university is controlling the flow of information which could mean he is still a university student after his decision was made earlier today. I personally believe this bodes well for Omar staying. I do think the deciding factor is the availability of Mr. Spots is non-existant outside of BG and Ann Arbor. He wants a steak hoagie for one more year.
