Heck, a kid who signed an actual contract for four million dollars isn’t safe from tampering, so nobody is safe in my mind. This is unsustainable. I won’t trust a roster until fall camp.
The portal window was agreed to as part of the House settlement with the government. There won't be any work around unless a coach leaves.

Understood, but the NCAA cowers to any threat of legal action.

Revenue sharing. P4 is paying depth guys $50-60K.

A couple of other solid signings have happened over the weekend, as well. Maybe they were mentioned and I missed it but Nick Sowell, a 6'6" WR out of SC State signed along with Timothy Taylor Jr., a 6' 280lbs DL out of Jacksonville State.

Sowell started in D2 where he had a strong freshman year, moved to FCS SC State and had 21 catches for 250 yards this season. Might be used in a Tyrone Broden fashion where you can just throw up jump balls to him, especially in MAC play.

Taylor Jr. redshirted as a freshman last year. Big dude, looks strong, will probably see the field early this year.

Kaderris Roberts has transferred to Delaware. Good luck to him there.

WR Cyncier McNeal entered the portal last week. Never saw any game action in his time at BG.

11 roster spots remain with signing day on February 4th approaching.

Feeling better about the roster than I did a few weeks ago...Novosad could be a difference maker

My biggest concerns are still the O-line and WR rooms. I hope we can pick up a few more there before it's all said and done.
