Bob literally had zero to do with Baseball being reinstated. The alumni went over his head to the president.
In speaking to several people in the department, there is an obvious feeling that Bob is over his head in most situations.

People say a lot of s**t when they didn't get a gig...or the person they wanted to get the gig didn't. For now...I'm gonna say BG has baseball and someone else is paying for it. Win/win...you get blamed for the problems on your watch, so...in my book...you take credit for the successes

I read the MAC presidents are starting to discuss a return on Oct 24, which would match the Big Ten return. Presumably the conference could play up to eight conference only games, no non conf payday games, plus a championship game.

We are looking at a really good chance history shows he is the worst AD BGSU has ever seen. I'd argue the Christopher/Gillespie combo is slightly in front for now.

Come on, man. Drop the hyperbole already. The guy fired Jinks and hired Loeffler. That alone makes him okay in my book.

At least he didn't hire a career high school coach to the highest paid position on campus who couldn't name an assistant to hire and who had never stepped foot in the relevant recruiting turf, all while not taking advantage of the agent-less candidate by pulling a fast one in the contract, then bolting the moment it was clear the only outcome would be disastrous.

As we learned with Dave Clawson...a guy with a similar skill set to Loeffler...experience on "a staff" means nothing when you're working as the HC.

Again...how did Clawson do his first year? Given the absolute dumpster fire left by Jinks, we were extremely lucky to get to 3-9.

Not sure what's behind your jihad against EVRYONE attached to BGSU sports right now...but jumping on Loeffler suggests you're someone who was passed over or is close to someone who was passed over for Loeffler's job You display way too much vitriol to be just another angry fan or alum

Dean Pees has matched Loeffler’s $100K cut and donated $100K to the program. Pretty big deal.

Scot Loeffler 3-9 w/ 4 losses in division by 40 or more. Clawson had head coaching experience. Not that similar at all. It’s funny how BG fans rip on Brandon and Babers still. They weren’t losing by 40 to Buffalo and Kent St.
