The lowest it pulled was in 1995 when the game was on Saturday, 10/21 and was Homecoming at BG.
And saw Derek Schorejs kick a 60-yarder!

2003 After 11/29 BG 29,724 (West) 36
2004 Before 11/23 UT 31,981 (West) 48

The 2003 game was played the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and the 2004 game was played the Saturday after.
So which one is correct?

I'm with hammb. Students will show up no matter when the game is. Alumni/Townies attend better when the game is on a weekend/none work day.

The 2003 game was after Thanksgiving. I think they moved it to Saturday after originally being scheduled for Friday (or vice versa). It was definitely after Thanksgiving though, because my buddies and I drank 2 bottles of Jaeger that day, and wouldn't have had time to do that on a work day.

The 2004 game was before Thanksgiving, I had to work that day, and went over there after work. I was given some tickets from work, and was able to partake in a food/beer tent for pregame, and I went directly from work.

By equating these two games with what I drank that day I A) know exactly which was before and which was after Thanksgiving, and B) think I might have a problem...:)

Admitting your problem is just the first step.

Oops, I reversed the years. Sorry about that.
