First of all, what do you expect from an Eastwood player! :)

Secondly, this kid is still verballed to us. Sure its soft, but so are ALL verbals at this time, IMO. He wants to look at other schools and keep his options open. At this time in the year, I can certainly understand that. It certainly doesn't help our case of keeping him in the fold if we're all bashing him because he says he's a soft verbal.

Heck his commitment to BG made the top page news of Bucknuts.com. Leady is still a good player, that with or without AT we want at BG.

I also know an acquaintance of his. Those were her exact words.

I agree with those who are aggravated that a guy can say he's a verbal in one sentence and then talk about how he's intrigued with another school in the next.

That said, he's 17. And we want him to play here.

Let's ease up on him.

Soft verbal. That must be what Boozer gave to the Cavaliers. Sorta my word, but don't hold me to it.
Carlos User? Anyone else notice that the Cavaliers host Utah on March 15th? Et tu Boozer?

the prospect of the first game against the jazz makes me think of that last second shot by ehlo against the jazz abotu 88 or 89...i can still hear joe tait's call. "yes, virginia, there is a santa claus, and he come from lubbock texas1'

"I wanna be sedated!"

AT was unreal in the Big 33 game. I still think Omar is gonna be one hell of a QB but Turner will definitely push him.

GO FALCONS!! 30 days til kickoff....30!

Good point Hammb...Hopefully the kid was either mistaken, or just got a hold of some bad info.
