I did happen to sit in one... yes.

Ummm... I certainly don't want to discourage anyone from going with the seat-back, but I think it will definitely depend on your body type as to how comfortable they are. Felt pretty good under my tush, but wasn't a perfect match with my lower back.

I'd recommend heading over and sitting in one if you're not sure. I think they look cool and I think they'll be more comfortable than just a bench for most people!

Or watch on TV.

The seats look dippy, not unlike calling the Stadium "The Doyt." Curse the pee-brained media types that gave us that stupid nick-name.

Yeah... because... you know... it's silly to not call it Doyt L. Perry Stadium all the time. That's a much more marketable name. Looks good on t-shirts too!!

Perhaps the visitors from that other state university just north of here in the City of Toledo? I thought the contest was to take place in their Stadium of Glass this season. Huzzah!

I ordered season ticket for the first time this year, and I am unsure where I'll be sitting of course. Do any of you veteran season ticket holders know what the season ticket price level is for these bleachair seats??

Thanks for the report, Grant. Doesn't matter to me....heck half the time I'm on my feet anyway...probably pissing off a few folks behind me.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing what they're like. I think Mrs. Freak will be a fan of the chairbacks. At least the Atheltic Dept is trying new ideas...some work, some don't. But I feel the effort is there to make Perry Stadium more fan friendly. Look how much it has changed since the 2000 season. We need to fill that puppy every game cuz the place rocks with a BiG crowd.

Just tee the damn ball up. Who cares about the seats??

Well, sure, you'd say that - you never sit anyway!
