That is extremely disappointing. Boise is going to toss sweep us to death.

I can say that the near sell-out crowd at the Doyt will be disappointed in the game this coming Saturday.
Actually, no, you can't. And if that's your attitude, please, do the rest of the near-sellout crowd a favor, and don't show up. Give your tickets to someone who doesn't declare the game lost a week before it has even begun.
If they play that way against Boise, they'll lose 56-14. If they actually decide to show up, it'll at least be close.

Don't worry, I'll show up and cheer, but I won't be shocked if it's a massacre. Don't be surprised if they actually don't sell this game out. I would say that whatever the ticket sales numbers are right now, it probably won't increase by any more than 500 people between now and game time.

Offensive line had problems all night. Damn....not a good effort for BG all around. I expected a much better outcome.

Well, Boise State is coming in with their ears pinned back....hope we'll be ready to go.

You'd think after being a Cleveland fan my whole life I'd be used to this sort of thing.

The bottom line is, Bowling Green does not win games they are supposed to win. Period.

The day this team stops looking past teams and thinking that they have W's in the bag before the teams even step onto the field is the day they will realize their true potential. Until then, we will continue to see shocking and humiliating defeats such as these.

Humiliating loss? Hardly...we were only favored by 3. Humiliating is scoring 10 points, yes. I will give you that.

IT was great for the team get the first win, this loss however should not be taken so hard, nor looked over critically. This is a new coach and the team is heading in a new direction, transitions are normally rocky. This team is going to take some licks.

I was disappointed to see the LB blitz and no one even touch him when we had first down at the 14. But Sheehan was at least able to throw it away. Then they ran the EXACT SAME BLITZ the next play and NO ON TOUCHED HIM AGAIN. That cannot happen. :x

I highly doubt that our game plan called for 6 times as many passes as runs. We let Marshall take us out of our gameplan. Not good. You have to wear the defense down, eat up some clock. You aren't going to do either with possessions consisting of 3 incomplete passes. The ball has to be moved on the ground. GO FALCONS! BEAT BOISE STATE!

I guess this can be chalked up as a learning experience and maybe a lot of good will come out of this loss this season ...
