Re: I hate the BCS
And as I've said, (and you verified), the BCS was FORCED to "allow" for a NON-BCS team into a bowl only IF they had a certain ranking ahead of other BCS schools. It may in fact, have been in part influenced by Congress if I recall correctly.. the "extra" bowl was the ONLY way the BCS could do this, but like it or not, they were FORCED into this... this year is unique in that TWO teams qualified so they matched them against each other... rather than risk losing two of the other bowl games to these teams...kind of like Alabama losing to Utah and Boise beating Oklahoma. Do YOU honestly believe that these two teams both would lose to a BCS team if matched that way? We've seen Boise in person, and they looked awfully good and FAST to me... but that was against us to be fair when weren't doing the things we did at the end of the season.
Education our Challenge, Excellence our goal. (look it up)

This is indeed the Cop Out Bowl. This way instead of two BCS busters there are zero. Great plan.
As for Cincy, we played a common opponent. We beat Fresno by some 3 TDs at their place and Cincy survived Fresno at home.
Oh, I guess we both played Miami Oh also. Cincy 37-13, Boise 48-0 at our place.
Right now I'm not feeling it vs TCU. They are good enough to beat anyone and Boise is riddled with injuries. I think we could take a Big 10 team but not TCU.
